if you have never seen it in action, it is on the level of having the playboy mansion and all its bunnies all to yourself. it is uber cool!!!!!

is this something someone can get? or is it just in the fire islands? what profession and where do you get it if you can use it!

for those who dont know....

you get for 60 sec. spells cast 50% faster, cost 50% less in energy AND you run 50% faster.

It's just for the Fire Island missions. No other way to get it from what I've seen.

Too uber to be a spell, unless it would be like a super elite that takes up 5 spaces in your bar :P

i think only the vizer kilbron knows how to cast it, and he's not really around anymore.
